Default Power of guild leader and officers

I didn't want to suggest a monarchy, but thats what it ends up being.
As a guild leader i can't be on all day making sure everyone behaves themselves.
I just had an officer say his account had gotten hacked and all the members got booted by him( he seems like nice person so i let him back in as a member only).

I would like to have more options with the ranking of my officers and members.
Some, or most officer in my guild i don't want to have the power to promote or kick members. I want to have an active guild that does gvg alot so i would like to have officers so the guild can enter the battle.

There are some officers( known for along time) to have the power to demote other officers if they act out of place or is on a majority bad side.

This is a new guild so we only have ~15 members nad like ~3 gvg battles a day(which i think is alot compared to other guilds). Concidering I don't want the guild to die like past ones i've been in, I would like to give the ability to others(members) to be able to invite there friends into the guild.

Any others agree( mostly to leaders)? I seen posts about this subject(not much) and they've been kinda negative.

Please don't leave flames. Give good reasons why you disagree with the idea of more options for a guild (concidering that guilds are a major part of the game).

I would love to see 5 or so levels of members where you can configure the access they have. Ideally you could allow/deny the following attributes:

1. Participate in GvG
2. Start GvG
3. Give Member Invites
4. Give Guest Invites
5. Kick Member from Guild
6. Promote/Demote to/from Officer

With 5 levels of members you could setup something like:

1 - New recruit, can't GvG
2 - Full member, can GvG
3 - GvG Squad Leader, can GvG, can start GvG, can give Guest Invites
4 - Full Officer, can GvG, can start GvG, can give Member Invites, can give Guest Invites, can kick Members from Guild
5 - Leader, can do everything
